Everyone here at Urban Sport HQ wants you to love your new purchase and for your shopping experience to be amazing! But we understand at times you may have issues with the size, colour or simply what you have picked does not suit. We have a flexible returns policy to ensure you remain 100% happy and continue to shop with us.
If you have changed your mind or have chosen the wrong size, we’ll happily offer store credit for the item/s so you’ll be able to find something more suitable, but we understand sometimes you just can't find what you are looking for. We will offer a full refund providing the garment/s are sent back in the original condition, tags on,not worn etc. the customer will be required to cover the shipping cost. For any items that are received faulty or incorrectly shipped we can either replace, offer store credit or refund your payment.

Your return will be processed within 5 business days of receiving the returned item/s back in our warehouse, don’t worry you’ll be kept up to date via email along the way.
Returns must be sent back within 14 days of the customer receiving the goods. If a return is sent outside of the 14 days, HQ will use our discretion as to whether we will make an exception and process your return. Please note you might be asked to cover postage.

All returns must be received in the original condition outlined below and if any returns are received that do not meet the below, they will be returned back to sender. So please take care when you’re trying it on.

1. Item must be unworn
2. No make-up, perfume or deodorant marks or stains
3. Unwashed
4. All tags still attached
5. In the bag it was received in


1. Log into your Urban Sport online account and lodge the item you wish to return
2. Once you have lodged, HQ will receive a notification and you will receive an email back from us if your return has been accepted and processed
3. Then you just need to send the parcel back to us via the address listed below

2. Ensure the parcel is wrapped and packed well to avoid any damages in transit

In the design and production process we have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colours of our garments, computer monitors or devices can vary.

Due to the demand our styles on display in our online store we can always guarantee your item will still be in stock. We’ll try our very best but if we cannot exchange your size or colour you will be issued with store credit. Don’t worry, we’re constantly getting new styles so you’ll be sure to find something else you love.
